Fundamental Exercise Development (F.E.D.)

Perfect for ages 10–14

This group training session is designed for pre-teens and adolescents to develop fundamental exercise techniques for injury prevention and to build muscular endurance, strength, and power. These skills are taught using a variety of proven research methods and are carefully supervised by our Head Strength and Conditioning coach.

Our Certified Strength and Conditioning Coaches design periodizied training programs to have you performing at your top athletic condition for your biggest completions. We meet with individual players to talk about performance goals and monitor their progress through augmented feedback, testing and retesting of strength, power, mobility, and endurance. Whether it be the high school state championship meet or a Master’s level tournament, we want to make sure your physical, mental, and nutrition is on point for any and all season.

The literal definition of Esprite de Corps is “the spirit of the body” or: “the common spirit existing in the members of a group and inspiring enthusiasm, devotion, and strong regard for the honor of the group.”

Not everyone is looking to compete in the “Big Dance”. Many of us are just trying to shed a few pounds, move without pain, and look a little better in the mirror while having fun doing it! For us here at Sound Sports Performance, we use our semi private training to improve health, physical fitness, and athletic performance, and encourage/motivate each other. Your coach will lead you through these workouts with care precision and a watchful eye for any modifications that may be need. Come join the squad!

Calling all OGs!

You gotta be 65+ to participate

Just because you are past your athletic prime, doesn’t mean that your fitness has to suffer.

Only Golden Hour is our group training class specifically designed for our most precious members. OG Hour, our health and fitness program designed for adults 65+. This hour focuses of movement around Activities of Daily Living (ADL), balance, coordination, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and strength training designed to improve bone density. You gotta be 65 year or older to ride this ride, so young bucks need not apply!
