Initial Consultation

We designed the initial consultation to meet in person, build a report, and conduct preliminary testing to customize YOUR workout plan. We want to make sure that your health and fitness goals are our top priority and that we are training you to the industry standards while maintaining your safety.

Meeting these goals is accomplished by measuring your body composition, movement patterns, cardiovascular and muscular endurance and culminates with a customized program designed to meet your specific needs.

Whether working in a group of like-minded peers or working solo with your training, Sound Sports Performance and Training LLC are here to serve your fitness need.

 

  • Report building
  • Signing of forms (assumption of risk and liability)
  • Resting heart rate assessment
  • Body composition analysis on the InBody
  • Quick interpretation of the results
  • Movement assessment (to determine muscle imbalances, injury prevention, and where to properly start your training program)
    Testing (muscular endurance, strength, flexibility, and looking at the 7 basic movement patterns)
  • Further interpretation of the body composition results in conjunction with an overview of what a periodized program would look like (based on clients goal, their level of motivation and knowledge,  and their test results both physically and body composition)
  • Settle up with payment and booking 1st sessions
